I have noticed small operators struggle to provide Contractor Care that integrates with the same level of Client Care as their larger counter-part and therefore miss the third person in the triangle.. namely the Contractor.
I want to speak to account managers... who are passionate about their vocation.. that is more about helping a human being make their way in their passion that is their career.. and is willing to a more inclusive model that's possible in the new world of the Internet.
