Account Manager

My name is Robert Litjens

I am a performance catalyst

I increase the performance of the relationship you have with your contractor and protect it where its most vulnerable, as an extension of your Contractor Care Program

Is this something you want?

Did I hear you say that not every account manager's situation is the same? If I did then you are right... because it's not... because each AM's situation is unique..

So let me ask... am I right in saying that you as an account manager invests significant time, effort, energy, resources into your Contractor Care Program because you care about the relationship you have with your contractor?

AND do you agree that at some point it is better to focus on finding them work rather than to sit on the bench next to them comforting them.. because that at the end of the day... that has both bringing in no money... and you too have your own family to think of and therefore this relationship, that you have so carefully nurtured, must perform or why would we expend so much time and energy.

So if its okay allow me to ask you this question

What is important about your Contractor Care Program? Is it:

(i) Growing a stable of loyal, quality contractors that clients love, that are not high maintenance that you consider friends and not just another name off a bought list?

(ii) Protecting a Relationship where its most vulnerable?

(iii) Minimising your investment risk.. when the risk of a breakdown becomes too high?

(iv) all of the above and some?

and if I may ask you then "WHAT excites you most about that"? Is it:

(i) Ease of dealing with your stable of handpicked contractors that almost market themselves? or is the...

(ii) Access these contractors give you that is Strategic, that has increased your business development opportunities, making it easier to get a little more productive time with your new client.. almost like you would expect from a carefully cultivated master mind alliance?

and.. more importantly... How does that make you feel

(i) when you report your contribution to your weekly sales group?

(ii) when you find yourself in those moments where you contemplate your career and your future in going forward?

(iii) when you are off work, in your spare time, with your partner choosing the market your display home is in?

If you feel more can be done in any of these areas, and are open to looking at additional ways of increasing the performance of the relationship you have with your contractors as an extention to your existing Contractor Care Program then lets spend some minutes to see if we are a fit and where you would like to go to from here.
